The paper-coverings are off the windows signaling the imminent arrival of Kirkland's newest restaurant, Wyraqocha Peruvian Kitchen
Yesterday we got a sneak peak at the new Wyraqocha Peruvian Kitchen at 110 Central Way and had a chat with Lia Horna, executive chef and restaurant manager Cindy (sorry, forgot her last name) while they were working on the interior. The news: Wyraqocha will open in a few (read two or three) short weeks. The downtown Kirkland restaurant will feature a full bar serving cocktails and a latin fusion quinine. Locals have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of Lia Horna's eatery, located at 110 Central Way. Now, according to Horna, they are just two inspections away from opening their doors to the public.
The interior of Wyraqocha is looking great with a mix of dark woods and stone walls. We look forward to publishing their menu soon.
There is a sign in the window that says "We're Hiring for All Positions". Check 'em out if you need a job.
