Luxury apartments in downtown Kirkland
The 101, located at the intersection of Lake Street and Kirkland Avenue, is now complete and will begin welcoming new residents on November 1. The 101 offers 66 luxury apartment homes with unobstructed views of Lake Washington and the city of Seattle skyline. Residents can chose from studio, one and two bedroom floor plans with distinctive architectural features and high end finishes including upscale appliance packages and granite countertops. The apartments are air conditioned and feature all wood cabinetry, in unit washer and dryers, advanced data wiring, and a rooftop terrace with barbecues and a fire pit. Many feature private view patios for entertaining. The 101 is currently leasing.
The 101 also features 12,100 square feet of retail space with anchor tenant Bank of America. There are four other retail spaces that are currently available. The building offers underground parking for all retail and residential uses.
The 101 is owned by R.D. Merrill Company of Seattle, the parent company of neighboring Merrill Gardens at Kirkland. While the two will operate separately, Merrill Gardens at Kirkland will offer a full menu of concierge services such as housekeeping, car service and dog walking to residents at The 101.
