Potala Village mixed use development to be discussed at Moss Bay N'hood meeting, March 21


The Moss Bay Neighborhood Association will be hosting a presentation about a mixed use proposal for 143 apartment units to be located at 1006 Lake Street South (the current location of Michael's Dry Cleaning and the Kiwanis Christmas Tree Lot). The planned development will be Potala Village (http://potalavillage.com). The meeting, like all neighborhood meetings, is aimed at neighborhood residents, however, those living in other neighborhoods are welcome to attend, space providing.

The following is email from the Moss Bay Neighborhood Association describes the upcoming meeting:

Moss Bay Neighbors -- Our March meeting is this coming Monday, the 21st, 7PM at Heritage Hall, 203 Market St. We will have Lobsang Dargey, principal of Potala Village, a mixed use proposal for a project at 1006 Lake St. S. consisting of 143 apartment units and approximately 6,000 sq. ft. non residential space on the ground floor. This site is currently occupied by a cleaners and a vacant lot. Dargey will have all the details.
